choose a course for you
Polish For You courses
We run courses for companies and customised courses. We teach smart, i.e. quick and specific, or slow, i.e. more careful, analytical.
Do you have a question about our courses?
Here you will find the most frequently asked questions with answers.
Your teacher will speak to you as much as possible in Polish. Polish lessons are sometimes the only opportunity for you to hear and speak Polish. Use this time. We know that it is worth learning in this way, because this method gives fantastic results.
The price of one lesson (and thus the entire course) depends on several factors (e.g.: in person or online course, group or individual course, at your place or in the centre of Poznań). Write to us and we will give you a price.
– How many times a week do you want lessons?
– How long should one lesson last? 60 or 90 minutes?
– Are there days and times when you would like to have a course?
– How long is the course supposed to last? 6 months, 12 months, …?
– Why do you want to learn Polish? What are your goals?
If you are interested in a course with us, we will ask you to take a test . The next step is an online conversation (Zoom; 15 minutes) with us (Justyna and Karolina).
As a result of this conversation, we will get to know you and your needs better, and we will check how you communicate in Polish. We will ask you about how you like to learn. All this information will allow us to plan the right course for you (choose a teacher, materials, method and develop a work plan).
Yes, of course. Classes can be held at your place (home, office), in a rented room (the cost of renting is added to the price of the course) or in a quiet public place (cafe).
No. The Polish For You course is not accepted by the visa issuing office.
We do not organise state examinations in Polish.
You need about 200 hours per level* (according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages CEFR). However, a lot depends on what your native language is, what experience you have in learning foreign languages and learning methods, whether you have someone to talk to in Polish, how much time you have to learn, etc.
*Levels: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2
Polish outside the classroom
Polish Cafe is open to everyone: to those who have just started, to those who participate in classes, and to those who want to return to learning the language. By meeting with us, you will meet Polish people and learn quite a bit about our culture!
