Course Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions
a. Students who enter into an agreement with the school Polish For You (Karolina Sołtowska, ul. Jeleniogórska 1/3i lok.121, 60-179 Poznań, Poland) agree to abide by its rules.
b. The agreement becomes effective upon completing and submitting the online course registration form.
c. The full course fee is payable after submitting the registration form, to the account of Polish For You (Karolina Sołtowska):

with the transfer title: COURSE PAYMENT – Student’s Name and Surname.
d. All bank transfer fees, including those from abroad, are covered by the student.
2. Course Withdrawal and Refund Policy
a. If a student withdraws from the course up to 30 days before the course start date, 90% of the paid fee will be refunded.
b. If a student withdraws up to 20 days before the course start date, 70% of the paid fee will be refunded.
c. If a student withdraws up to 7 days before the course start date, 50% of the paid fee will be refunded.
d. No refund is given if the student withdraws after the course has started.
3. Absences
a. In group courses, illness or other reasons for absence do not entitle the student to a refund for missed classes.
b. In individual courses, the student must notify their absence at least 24 hours in advance. The class will then be rescheduled in agreement with the teacher.
If the student cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, no refund will be given, and the lesson is considered completed.
c. The school reserves the right to cancel a class no later than one day before the scheduled date (unless the important reason occurs later). In such cases, a new date will be set for the make-up class.
4. Group Courses
The minimum number of participants in an online group course is 5, and the maximum is 6.
If fewer than 5 students enroll, the total number of lessons may be reduced.
5. Holidays
Polish For You follows the official Polish public holiday calendar. No classes are held on national holidays.
6. Textbooks
Students are responsible for purchasing their own textbooks, except for A1 courses, where the author’s materials by Karolina Sołtowska are provided.
7. Online Courses
a. Students are required to have access to email to ensure smooth communication with the school.
b. Students must have appropriate equipment for participating in online lessons, including headphones or speakers, a microphone, and a camera.
c. The school is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s side. In such cases, the lesson is considered completed.
d. If technical problems occur on the school’s side, a new lesson date will be scheduled.
e. Online classes are conducted via the Zoom platform.
8. Other
a. Upon prior agreement with the school, the student agrees to the use of photos or videos from lessons for Polish For You’s marketing purposes.
b. All organizational matters should be discussed with the school management.
The teacher is responsible only for the methodological aspect of the course.
